Channel Manager
Drive channel growth and maximize revenue by building and nurturing strategic partnerships as a Channel Manager.
KEY responsibilities
- Partner Development: Design and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to expand and strengthen our network of Value Added Resellers (VARs) and System Integrators (Sis)
- Performance Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring they meet sales targets and receive necessary enablement support.
- Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to broaden the market reach for our distributed cybersecurity products.
- Training & Enablement: Coordinate and conduct regular technical and sales training sessions for partners to ensure competence in positioning our solutions.
- Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners to drive agreed-upon growth targets and market penetration.
EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Channel Manager or similar role within the IT Security/Cybersecurity industry or IT distribution.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Possesses an extensive network of VARs, System Integrators, and partners across Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly target-oriented, able to work independently, and willing to travel frequently.
