Channel Manager

KEY responsibilities

  • Partner Development: Design and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to expand and strengthen our network of Value Added Resellers (VARs) and System Integrators (Sis)
  • Performance Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring they meet sales targets and receive necessary enablement support.
  • Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to broaden the market reach for our distributed cybersecurity products.
  • Training & Enablement: Coordinate and conduct regular technical and sales training sessions for partners to ensure competence in positioning our solutions.
  • Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners to drive agreed-upon growth targets and market penetration.

EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Channel Manager or similar role within the IT Security/Cybersecurity industry or IT distribution.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possesses an extensive network of VARs, System Integrators, and partners across Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly target-oriented, able to work independently, and willing to travel frequently.
